Emily Mathers has been captivated by the magic of film and television since she was a young buck. Her passion found its spark in the cosplay community, where she developed her skills in prop building, wig styling, and transformative makeup. As she immersed herself in the art of bringing characters to life, Emily realized she wanted to turn her creative talents into a career in makeup and special effects for the big screen.

Determined to make her dream a reality, Emily pursued formal training at Sheridan College, earning a degree in Makeup for Media and Creative Arts and a certificate in Advanced Special Effects Makeup, Prosthetics, and Props. These programs equipped her with technical expertise and deepened her love for the craft.

Now based in the Greater Toronto Area, Emily is ready to hit the road and tackle new challenges. She's constantly honing her skills, embracing every opportunity to grow, and staying focused on her ultimate goal: becoming a top-tier makeup and special effects artist for film and television.
